Bluebird British International School provides comprehensive education for children from two to twelve years of age. Bluebird uses the International Early Years Curriculum (IEYC), International Primary Curriculum (IPC) along with the Khmer National Curriculum, providing students with the groundwork for academic success.

Job Duties include:

• Educating students based on school curriculum guidelines
• Weekly Lesson and Term Planning
• Administering class work and projects to gauge and enhance the students’ levels of understanding
• Overseeing classroom management and ensuing all students follow school Behaviour Policies
• Planning and organizing academic events and activities, both in and outside of school property
• Keeping the classroom neat, organized, and orderly
• Participating in a positive environment with all coworkers
• Complete and discuss Progress Reports at Parent Teacher Conferences
• Attending on-going Professional Development

Requirem ents & Qualif ications:

• Bluebird is seeking Early Years and Primary educators for a full-time position. A Bachelor’s Degree and/ or Montessori experience is preferable along with a CELTA/ TEFOL/ TESOL.
• A Degree in education would be a plus

• Ability to collaborate and work with experienced co-teachers and academic leadership.
• At least two years of teaching experience
• Experience and ability to create dynamic and engaging lessons meeting specified learning goals within IEYC and IPC.
