Job Duties include:

• Educating students based on school curriculum guidelines
• Administering class work and projects to gauge and enhance the students’ levels of understanding
• Educating students on following the school’s moral codes and behaviors 
• Planning and organizing academic events and activities, both in and outside of school property
• Keeping the classroom neat, organized, and orderly 
• Complete and discuss Progress Reports at Parent Teacher Conferences.
• Conduct parent-teacher conferences to discuss a student’s progress

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bluebird is seeking Homeroom English Teacher for a full-time position. Montessori experience is preferable along with a CELTA/ TEFOL/ TESOL.
• A Degree in education would be a plus

• Ability to collaborate and work with experienced co-teachers and academic leadership.
• At least one-year teaching experience
• Ability to create dynamic and engaging lessons meeting specified learning goals within IEYC.
